In this episode we dive into what to focus on when you go back to Gyms…


First and foremost have a PLAN.

Don’t wing it but plan WHEN you’re going to do your training.

Create the space in your diary for one you’re going to do this.

Have a format of WHAT you’re going to do when you reach your dedicated training time and space.

Don’t fear getting back to basics and taking things easy to begin with.

Also, make your plan ADAPTABLE - it could be quite a hectic time in Gyms very soon so having free rein of all the equipment may not happen.

Go armed with variability and freedom to still execute your workout plan.

If you are limited to the weights you can use, applying some overload techniques or adjustments to HOW you do the movement can make it feel totally different and create a better outcome.

We also answer a listeners question on diet drinks - are they good, bad or unhealthy?

Also, we cover how to snack when cooking dinner.
