When it’s out there it’s OUT THERE!  

In this episode, we talk about the power of social media and when content is posted there’s likely no going back.

We are always our own worst critics, action and getting something done is far better than holding back.


Josh on stage in small pants and jazz hands is something he’d rather forget 😂

If you find 8 weeks a long time to commit to getting results then there may be deeper underlying issues around the goal that are keeping you stuck.


Why planning in the treats (that you’re going to have anyway) is a powerful tool in your toolbox so you can have them AND stay on track.

Wasting calories on terrible choices that could be ‘spent’ on better choice treats, once eaten there's no going back!

Back to client results - why looking at percentages is superior to the scale number.  

Tracking % of bodyweight lost each week can be a better indicator of progress than lbs on the scale.
